Client Context

AYMES was founded in the UK by a visionary entrepreneur who saw the opportunity to revolutionise the competitive landscape of the Oral Nutritional Supplement (ONS) prescribing model within the NHS. The business has since grown rapidly and contributed millions in savings to the NHS, whilst increasingly introducing product innovations that are first to market and aligned to patient preferences.

We are tasked with supporting and guiding the strategic evolution of the business, operating in a regulated business environment in which it is necessary to create a point of differentiation beyond low-cost competitiveness.

Scope of Work

Over the past three years, we have directed a comprehensive organisational transformation roadmap, with workstreams focusing on:
